ASSETSMAN invites all the Industrial Sites Managers to participate to a day of ASSETSGAME®, an interactive game around Asset Management.
|
ASSETSGAME® simulates the life of a production plant and puts the participants face to face with decisions to better manage the site and create value. Quickly, the concepts and principles of Asset Management will appear.
Each participant will have the role of maintenance manager, operational manager, stock manager or financial manager. They will have to manage the assets during their life cycle. This implies a compromise, production in relation to the time required for maintenance, a limitation of resources and an allocation to planned or reactive tasks, to decisions concerning spare parts. At each step, managing risks and costs will be essential to deliver value to the organization.
