Through ASSETSGAME®, participants will learn during the day how an asset management program benefits their organization and the cultural changes necessary to succeed.
ASSETSGAME® is a simple and effective approach to raise awareness and make your teams adhere to your asset management strategy to improve the profitability of your industrial sites.
Each participant will have a separate role: maintenance manager, operational manager, financial manager, and stock manager. They will have to manage the assets during their life cycle. This will involve compromises in decision making: Producing or maintaining, limiting or increasing resources, optimizing the volume of spare parts, optimizing the strategy of planned and reactive tasks. At each step, risk and cost management will be essential to deliver value to the organization.

ASSETSGAME® is played by a table of 4 participants, each with a different role. It is recommended to have 4 tables so that the different tables with their team can interact and compete.
